To commemmorate our 7th year, we awarded the 1st Annual
Eye of the Dragon award to Ursula McCarthy, Ursula's Wearable
Art. The Award is given to an artist who has survived 7 consecutive
Dragon Art Fairs through drizzling rain, gale force winds and
whatever else Mother Nature threw at us. Congratulations Ursula,
we look forward to seeing you again next year! Three other artists
were also in the running for the award: Jenny Damrow, Exclusive
Inspirations, Don Mendenhall, Essence Photography, Tom Bennett,
Tom Bennett Photography were the other 7 year survivors.

* The Dragon's Winterfest Boutique was a great success in
December 2011. Ten great artists were selected for a great mix of

* The Dragon Dragon Arts Group participated in the 2011 Yahara
Riverfest in DeForest in September - Great community turnout and
many caramel apple sundaes sold for the benefit of our scholarships
and events fund!
